You've committed to a strategy to find your next
home. You search the Internet and compile a list
of homes to see.
After making a few appointments, you set out to
view the homes you've selected.
As you're walking through your first showing,
you begin to identify the qualities you like and
dislike.
So how will you remember the characteristics
unique to this home after viewing a half-a-dozen
others?
Take notes.
You may even want to use a personal voice
recorder.
The traits you identify within each home you see
are probably not adequately described in the
homes' original listings.
Also, bring a digital camera if you can.
Take a picture of the front of the home and then
both the positive and negative characteristics
of each home you see.
By taking these simple steps, you'll take home
valuable information which will greatly improve
your chances of finding the right home while
significantly reducing stress.
