Call the phone number associated with each listing and set showing appointments only with the listing agent of each particular property. You must also let each listing agent know you intend to use Door In Real Estate to purchase the property before you view the home.  To protect your rights to the large commission you will earn at closing, always let the listing agent know you intend to use Door In Real Estate to purchase the property before you view the home and NEVER VIEW HOMES WITH A 3RD PARTY REAL ESTATE AGENT. 

Plan B

• Hire Door In Real Estate to assist you with appointments.

Door In Real Estate will help you arrange showings with the listing agent of each property by providing you with (a) the appropriate phone numbers to set appointments and (b) documentation to help protect your rights to the large commission you will get at closing.
